At DOD Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
